Ronell Karelse

Ronell Karelse has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Ronell started their career in 2008 as a Technical Support Agent at Teleperformance, where they handled customer calls and resolved technical issues related to imaging, printing, and PC equipment. In 2011, they joined Dimension Data Middle East and Africa as a Service Desk Administrator, where their responsibilities included dealing with technical queries, resolving issues, and handling network cabling problems. Later on, they became a Genesys and NICE engineer at the same company. In 2016, Ronell joined Bytes Systems Integration as a Genesys Engineer, working onsite at Vodacom Head Office.

Ronell Karelse completed a Diploma in Information Technology at Cape Career Training College from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, in 2005, they obtained a Certificate in Computer Programming and Web Development from Achievers School of Business. Their secondary education took place at Tafelsig High School from 2000 to 2004, where they completed their matriculation. In addition to their formal education, Ronell Karelse also obtained a Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) - Inbound Voice 8.5 Consultant certification from Genesys in August 2022.
