Phumzile Hlatshwayo

Phumzile Hlatshwayo has extensive work experience in human resources, with various roles in different companies. Phumzile began their career in 2005 as an HRM at Steinhoff International and later moved to SAMRO in the same role. In 2010, they joined Netcare as an HR professional and stayed until 2015. Phumzile then joined MTN as a Senior Manager of Human Resources Operations from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they hold roles as the Head of Human Capital at Altron Bytes Systems Integration.

Phumzile Hlatshwayo completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Zululand. This achievement took place between 1995 and 1998. Additionally, Phumzile pursued further studies in the same field and earned a Bachelor of Honours in Industrial Psychology from the University of Zululand/Universiteit van Zululand in 1998.
