Jason Faris

Jason Faris, MBA, has over 17 years of experience in the field of rewards and compensation. Jason is currently serving as the Vice President of Global Rewards at Altus Group since May 2021. Previously, they held the position of Vice President and Head of Performance & Reward at HSBC from September 2015 to May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Global Compensation at Aimia Inc from April 2013 to September 2015. Jason also served as the Head of Executive Compensation at BMO Financial Group from May 2011 to April 2013. Additionally, they worked at Manulife as the Assistant Vice President of Executive & International Compensation from July 2004 to May 2011.

Jason Faris, MBA, obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University in the years 1999-2001. In addition to their MBA, they hold certifications as a Certified Compensation Professional, Certified Human Resources Leader, and Global Remuneration Professional from WorldatWork and the Human Resources Professionals Association.
