Jeff Arnott

Vice President at Altus Group

Jeff Arnott began their work experience as a Property Tax Assessor at MPAC - Municipal Property Assessment Corporation in May 1997. Jeff later joined Altus Group in August 2001, where they became the Vice President and Managing Director of the Ottawa office. In this role, Jeff provided leadership to a team of professionals and offered assessment and realty tax expertise to a range of national and local clients. Jeff was also a licensed paralegal and represented clients at assessment tribunal hearings while interacting with municipal and assessment authorities and the Assessment Review Board (ARB).

Jeff Arnott obtained a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from The University of British Columbia during the period of 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Real Estate Appraisal & Assessment from Loyalist College between 1995 and 1997. In addition to their formal education, Jeff also holds certifications as a Paralegal from the Law Society of Upper Canada, obtained in 2008, and as a member of the Institute of Municipal Assessors (MIMA), obtained in 2000.
