Florin Popovici

Florin Popovici has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Florin'smost recent role was as the Vice President of Operations for Europe at Aludyne, where they focused on continuous process improvement and maximizing manufacturing profit. Prior to this, Florin held the position of General Manager and Eastern Europe Operations Responsible at SumiRiko AVS Romania, Cz and Cn. During their time there, they played a key role in constructing multiple greenfield plants and overseeing operations in Eastern Europe and China. Florin also served as the President of the Sumitomo Electric Monozukuri Committee for the EMEA region. Before joining SumiRiko AVS Romania, Cz and Cn, Florin worked as the Quality and Environmental Manager at Anvis Rom SRL.

Florin Popovici completed their Master's degree in Executive MBA from The University of Sheffield between 2015 and 2017. In 2012, they obtained a graduation diploma in Financial controlling & concept of corporate planning from Controller Akademie. In 2004, they pursued Enterprise management studies at Academia Comerciala. Additionally, from 1992 to 1997, Florin attended Institutul Phoenix, Cluj Napoca, where they specialized in Business translation, specifically English-French.
