Charles Walker

Charles Walker is a seasoned consultant and investor with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently self-employed as a consultant overseeing utility-scale solar project interconnections and Power Purchase Agreements, Charles also serves as a management consultant at Alumbra, advising on the integration of renewable and conventional power generation for Bulk Power System Transmission and Distribution Operators. As CEO of Energy Operations Group, LLC, responsibilities include wind, solar, and battery development, asset management, and project decommissioning. Previous roles include Chief Restructuring Officer for a combined heat and power project, Principal at CRWA focusing on renewable energy consulting, and various executive positions at major energy firms such as Alliant Energy, Kinder Morgan, and Shell Trading. Charles holds an MBA from Loyola University Maryland and a BSEE from Northern Illinois University, complemented by a degree in Power Plant Technology from Williamson College of the Trades.
