Barbara Mittleman

Barbara Mittleman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Their most recent position was as the Executive Director of Clinical Development at Alumis, beginning in December 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Strategy Officer and Vice Chairman at Waymark Analytics, starting in February 2016. Barbara has a background in medicine, having completed a Rheumatology Fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and an Internal Medicine Residency.

Barbara Mittleman received their M.D. degree in Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 1986. Barbara specialized in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology during their studies. Prior to that, they attended Taylor Allderdice, although the exact dates and the field of study are unspecified. Barbara also obtained certifications from ABIM in Internal Medicine in 1989 and in Rheumatology from 1992 to 2002, and is currently eligible for the Board.
