Gabriela Garcia, CTP, currently serves as the Restaurant Delight & Excellence Head Coach at Alvarado Restaurant Nation, where responsibilities include evaluating the needs of Operations Teams and collaborating with departments to enhance guest experiences and ensure adherence to Brand Standards. Previously held roles include Director of Field Training & Development at Alvarado Restaurant Nation, Training and Development Director at Z&H Foods Inc., and various positions focusing on training, development, and human resources across several organizations. With a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Information Sciences from Universidad de Monterrey, Gabriela has extensive experience in enhancing operational efficiencies, managing training programs, and supporting leadership development across multiple industries.
