Christie joined Alvaria in February of 2022. As General Counsel, Christie has many years of leadership and in-house legal experience in software, SaaS, and other industries. Christie has helped public and private companies in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, contracts, licensing, SaaS, privacy, HR, risk management, compliance, and negotiations, and as a strategic legal and business advisor.
