Glennice James

Glennice James, PMP has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Glennice began their career in 1989 at MCI Communications, where they served as a Sales/Customer Service Manager II and later as a Customer Service Manager III. Glennice then moved on to WorldCom, where they worked as a Global Marketing Manager from 1997 to 2002.

In 2002, Glennice joined Horizon Consulting Inc. as a Sr. Project Manager, where they managed multiple contracts concurrently. Glennice stayed with the company until 2010. From 2009 to 2011, Glennice also worked as an Instructional Designer at DesignComm Inc. on a contract basis.

Glennice joined The Home Depot in 2011 as a Sr. IT Project Manager - Consultant before transitioning to Cox Communications in the same year. At Cox Communications, they served as a Sr. Project Manager III and was responsible for managing various projects, including deployment of core billing applications, database upgrades, and infrastructure projects. Glennice also played a key role in upgrading NetCracker's RBM application and managing Cox High-Speed Data tier cap changes and migrations.

In 2017, Glennice joined FIS as a Director of Infrastructure Architecture, where they managed a global infrastructure cloud delivery team and was in charge of identifying and mitigating operational and delivery process gaps. Glennice also led mission-critical initiatives and managed cloud hardware/software procurement processes.

Glennice's most recent role is with Alvaria, Inc., where they currently serve as the VP of Cloud Scripting and Deployments since October 2020.
