John Jefferson

John Jefferson is currently serving as the Vice President of Global Technical Support at Alvaria, Inc. Prior to this role, John held the title of Senior Director of Service Operations and Critical Incident Management at Alvaria, Inc. With a strong background in technical services, John also worked as the Senior Director of Technical Services at Aspect Software for over three decades. John earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
