Simone Asser

Simone Asser has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Simone began their career at Deloitte as an Assistant Director in Corporate Finance, where they provided advice on acquisitions, flotations, and capital raising. In 2001, they joined Pradera Group as the Group Finance Director and later became the Head of Asian Fund Management. During their time at Pradera, they developed stable finance, compliance, and HR teams and managed a portfolio of USD1.4 billion in investor equity and USD2.9 billion in assets across 8 countries. From 2015 to 2017, Simone served as the Chief Operating Officer at Pradera, implementing business strategies and ensuring efficient operations. At the same time, they also worked as a Non-Executive Director at Pradera, specializing in retail real estate with assets under management of USD3.4 billion in 10 countries. Simone's most recent position was as an Associate Partner in Co-Investment Real Estate at AlTi Tiedemann Global. In 2022, they transitioned to the role of Chief Operating Officer, Global Real Estate at the same company, where they oversee front office functions, strategic initiatives, and various back-office operations and investor relations functions for global real estate operations. Throughout their career, Simone has also taken on governance roles, serving as a Governor at Kings' School from 2020 to 2022.

Simone Asser completed their undergraduate studies from 1988 to 1991 at Imperial College London, where they earned a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Physics (BSc Hons ARCS). Simone then pursued further education, obtaining a Fellowship (FCA) of ICAEW from the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) in 1995. In 2001, they became a Member of the Securities Institute from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI).
