Ayman Alansary

Ayman Alansary has extensive experience in supply chain management, with a focus on improving customer service and optimizing operational efficiency. Ayman has held various leadership roles in notable companies such as Alyasra Foods, Alyasra Fashion, Mars, PepsiCo, Kraft Foods, and P&G.

At Alyasra Foods, they currently serve as the Group Chief Supply Chain Officer, a role they took on in September 2020. Prior to this, they held the same position at Alyasra Fashion from September 2019 to July 2023. Ayman also served as the Regional Supply Chain Director at Alyasra Fashion from July 2019 to September 2020.

At Mars, Ayman held several key positions, including Integration & Transformation Director from August 2017 to July 2019, and Regional Supply Chain Director for the Middle East & North Africa from April 2014 to July 2019. In the latter role, they relocated to Dubai to enhance the regional supply chain capabilities and improve customer service to distributors and export markets. Ayman was also responsible for setting and delivering the region's operating plan.

Before joining Mars, Ayman worked at PepsiCo as a Project Manager from May 2007 to May 2008 and as a Product Availability Manager from December 2003 to May 2007. In these roles, they focused on optimizing the supply chain, improving inventory levels, production scheduling, and enhancing product availability.

At Kraft Foods, Ayman served as a Supply Chain Coordinator from February 2003 to December 2003. Ayman'sresponsibilities included demand planning, production scheduling, purchasing, and managing export processes.

Ayman's career began at P&G, where they worked as a Production Line Manager from January 2000 to February 2003. In this role, they oversaw manufacturing activities, implemented continuous improvement initiatives, and ensured the smooth commissioning of new equipment.

Throughout their career, Ayman Alansary has demonstrated a track record of driving operational excellence, developing supply chain strategies, and delivering strong financial results.

Ayman Alansary's education history begins in 1995 when they enrolled at The American University in Cairo. Ayman pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and completed their studies in 2000.

Later on, Ayman obtained several certifications related to Supply Chain Management. In July 2018, they completed the certification for Supply Chain Analytics and Supply Chain Design from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Similarly, they obtained certifications in Supply Chain Dynamics and Supply Chain Fundamentals in September 2018 and April 2018, respectively. In December 2018, Ayman completed the certification for Supply Chain Technology and Systems from MIT.
