Tomas Peroutka

Tomas Peroutka has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tomas began their career in 2011 as an ISMS Analyst for RWE Transgas, where they focused on their diploma thesis. Tomas then moved on to Raiffeisenbank a.s. as a Migration Analyst in Everest, where they worked until 2012. In 2012, they joined Trask Solutions as an IT Analyst.

In 2013, Peroutka joined ČSOB Leasing as an IT Business Analyst and later transitioned to the role of Senior IT Business Analyst, where they were responsible for analytics issues on a project managed by SCRUM methodology. Tomas stayed with ČSOB Leasing until 2017.

From 2017 to 2018, Peroutka worked as a Senior Business Analyst Team Lead at MetLife, and then served as a Senior IT Business Analyst for online development at Home Credit, Czech Republic and Slovakia. In 2018, they joined T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. as a Senior Business Consultant and Senior Solution Designer.

In 2019, Peroutka moved to ČSOB, where they worked as an Analyst and Product Owner until 2020. Tomas then joined KBC Shared Service Center in 2021, continuing their role as a Product Owner. Currently, since 2022, they are working as a Product Owner at Alza.cz a.s.

Throughout their career, Peroutka has gained experience in various areas such as project management, solution design, business analysis, and product ownership.

Tomas Peroutka has a strong educational background in applied informatics and information technologies. Tomas obtained a Master's degree in Applied Informatics from Prague University of Economics and Business, graduating in 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Applied Informatics from the same institution in 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Tomas has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional development. Tomas became a certified SAFe 5 Scrum Master and SAFe 5 Agilist in October 2020 and January 2021 respectively, both from Scaled Agile, Inc. Tomas also holds the ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) certification from ICAgile, achieved in September 2015. Furthermore, they obtained the CPRE Foundation Level certification from Certible in September 2014. Tomas's commitment to continuous learning is evident through their recent certifications as a SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager and additional certification as a SAFe 5 Scrum Master in January 2021.
