Kip Jones

Kip Jones has a diverse and extensive work experience. They are currently working at Amagi Corporation as the Global HR Director since December 2022. Prior to that, Kip held various roles at Red Hat from 2018 to 2022, including Senior Manager, Global Manager Success and Manager/Senior Manager, HR Business Partners. They also served as an Sr. HR Business Partner at Red Hat, supporting 100+ leaders and 1,500 associates across different organizations. Before Red Hat, Kip worked at Lockheed Martin from 2008 to 2018. Their roles at Lockheed Martin included HR Business Partner, Intern & Co-op Programs Manager, Sr. Workforce Strategist, Sr. Intel Recruiter, and participation in the Human Resources Leadership Development Program. Overall, Kip has demonstrated expertise in HR leadership, talent management, and workforce planning throughout their career.

Kip Jones earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gettysburg College in 2003. Kip later pursued a Master of Science degree in Strategic Human Resources Management at Rutgers University from 2006 to 2008.
