Sally Sharof has been in the biotechnology industry for the past 10 years. Sally began their career in 2012 as a Process Engineer at Shemen Industries Ltd. In 2016, they joined NextFerm as a Process Development Manager and Process and Development Engineer. In 2022, they took on the role of Fermentation Manager at Amai Proteins.
Sally Sharof attended Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2012, during which time they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biochemical Engineering.
