Nisrine Abou Fadel has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Nisrine is currently serving as the Director of Clinical Governance at Amana Healthcare. Prior to this, they worked as the Quality Manager at GenesisCare from 2019 to 2022. Nisrine also held the position of Chief Nursing Officer at Emirates Hospitals Group from 2013 to 2018. Before that, they worked as the Clinic Operations Manager at Occupational Health International from 2011 to 2012. Nisrine has also served as a Charge Nurse at Emaar Healthcare from 2009 to 2011 and as a Registered Nurse/Nurse Supervisor at Dubai Bone and Joint Center from 2007 to 2009. Nisrine Abou Fadel completed their Bachelors Degree in Nursing at the American University of Beirut from 1998 to 2002. Nisrine later pursued a Masters Degree in Quality and Safety in Healthcare Management at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland from 2008 to 2010.
