Julia Gamba

Julia Gamba is an experienced HR professional currently serving as People Director for the Americas and the South Cone at Amanco Wavin since January 2023. Prior to this role, Julia held multiple positions at Signify from May 2018 to January 2023, including HRBP Brazil - Head of HR, where responsibilities included developing people strategies in alignment with business objectives and guiding managers on various HR topics. Julia has also worked as an HR Business Partner at Philips Lighting and PwC, with roles ranging from Supervisor to Consultant. Julia holds a degree in Psychology from Universidade de São Paulo, earned between 2006 and 2010.
