Lew Kious

Lew Kious has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Lew started their career as the Regional Sales Director at FileTek in 1994, where they managed sales representatives and technical staff across the 13 Western states. Lew then moved on to Teradata, where they served as the Director of Sales for the Western US from 2000 to 2003.

In 2003, they became the Director of Sales for Global Accounts at Novus Consulting Group, overseeing all sales activities in the Western United States. Novus Consulting Group was later acquired by IBM.

From 2006 to 2008, Lew worked in sales at GlassHouse Technologies. Lew then transitioned to a business development role at FileTek in 2009, where they managed the company's sales and support organization for the Western states. During this time, they achieved a multi-million dollar sales quota.

In 2012, Lew joined VenTek International as the Director of Sales, responsible for overseeing all sales activities, marketing, and profit/loss management. Lew successfully increased the company's revenue and profit margin by targeting high-margin businesses and improving sales processes.

In 2014, Lew joined Amano McGann, Inc. as a Sales Manager, where they had full responsibilities for sales, account management, marketing, product pricing, and customer satisfaction in Northern California and Nevada. Lew demonstrated deep knowledge in Parking Access and Revenue Controls Systems (PARCS) and successfully closed deals in various sectors.

Meanwhile, Lew also held leadership positions in several organizations. Lew served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Almonte Sanitary District from 2008 to present, as the President of the Board of Commissioners at Sewerage Agency of Southern Marin from 2009 to present, and as the Board Chairman and Special District Member at Marin LAFCo since 2015.

Lew Kious has studied Computer Science at the College of San Mateo and Skyline College, although their start and end years and degree names are not provided.
