Sajith Kaimal

Sajith Kaimal has extensive experience in product management and technology leadership, currently serving as the Head of Product for Amazon Connect Optimization at Amazon Web Services and previously as Manager of Product for Amazon Web Security. Prior experience includes key roles at Cisco, where Sajith held positions such as Head of Product for Cisco Webex Contact Center AI and Head of Product for Cisco Package Contact Center Enterprise. Sajith began a career in technology with Wipro Technologies, progressing through roles including Project Leader and Technical Lead. Additionally, Sajith gained experience in project management as a Senior Project Lead at CIDC and contributed as a Social Media Ambassador for the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. Sajith holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Strategy from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Periyar University.
