Stepanka Jaime

Stepanka Jaime is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in the technology and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as a Senior PM for Talent Intelligence at Amazon since April 2020, Stepanka has held various leadership roles within Amazon, focusing on recruiting top tech talent for Amazon Games and Amazon Entertainment. Prior to Amazon, Stepanka was a Talent Acquisition Manager at Nike, overseeing recruitment for corporate functions across the EMEA region. Experience also includes a role as Talent Acquisition lead at Netflix and recruitment management positions at Booking.com, where Stepanka significantly contributed to talent strategy and operational excellence.
