Toby Culshaw

Toby Culshaw is a seasoned professional in talent intelligence and strategy, currently serving as Board Advisor at ZIGTAL since August 2024 and Global Head of Talent Pipeline Strategy & Intelligence at Amazon since November 2020. Prior to this role, Toby held positions such as Global Head of Talent Intelligence for both Amazon Operations and Worldwide Amazon Stores, leading a comprehensive internal consulting team focused on market data and strategic decisions in talent management. Toby is the founder of the Talent Intelligence Collective podcast and organization, aimed at promoting ethical practices in talent research and collaboration among members. Additional experience includes advisory roles at various organizations and leadership in talent intelligence at Philips and SAP. Toby holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations with Development Studies from the University of Sussex.
