Rajarshi(Riju) Bhattacharya

Rajarshi (Riju) Bhattacharya has over 13 years of experience in the technology and business operations space. Rajarshi(Riju) started their career in 2006 as an SAP Consultant at Mahindra Satyam, where they were promoted to the position of Team Lead within two years. In 2009, they joined Wipro Technologies as a Business Process and SAP Consulting Team Lead, where they implemented the order fulfilment and master data management processes through SAP for INVISTA (DuPont’s Textile Division). Rajarshi(Riju) also led a team of four consultants to automate the accounts payable and accounts receivable process with JPMorgan & Bank of America, at Delaware, USA. In 2012, they completed internships as a Change Management Consultant at Booz & Company and a Strategy Consultant at Instituto Beleza Natural. In 2013, they joined Wipro as a Strategic Business Development Manager. After a year, they moved to Rolls-Royce as a Consulting Engagement Manager. In 2015, they joined Power2SME as the Product Head- Operational Excellence, and in 2016 they co-founded Xyng.in, a B2C mobile platform, helping retailers promote events to nearby consumers. In 2017, they joined AnthroPower as Business Unit Head and in 2019, they became the Head of Revenue Operations at Dropsuite, where they doubled the market cap in ASX to $xxxM in three years.

Rajarshi(Riju) Bhattacharya's educational history includes attending IE Business School from 2011 to 2012, where they obtained an IMBA in Strategy Consulting. From 2002 to 2006, they attended Kalinga Institute of Technology and Science, where they obtained a B.Tech in Computer Science. From 2000 to 2002, they attended Vidya Bharati Chinmaya Vidyalaya, where they obtained their Higher Secondary in Science. Finally, from 1989 to 2000, they attended Loyola High School, where they obtained their High School in Science.
