Marketing Director - Digital Transformation & Insights at Ambev

Tiago Divino has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting as a Digital Project Manager at Plan B Comunicação Online in 2011, they managed digital communication projects and developed websites. Tiago then worked as a Digital Project Manager at JCHEBLY in 2013, specializing in managing digital projects.

In 2014, Tiago joined 3bits Estúdio Criativo as a Senior Project Manager, where they continued to manage projects until 2016. Tiago then transitioned to Huge, where they held the roles of Senior Project Manager and later became Lead Project Manager. Tiago's most recent role is at Zé Delivery, where they served as Head of Product - Strategy and Operations | ProdOps from 2022 to 2023. Their responsibilities included overseeing product strategy and operations.

Currently, Tiago is the Marketing Director - Digital Transformation & Insights at Ambev, leading a team of digital insights specialists to leverage data, technology, and AI in marketing strategies and drive business success. Tiago focuses on digital transformation, data strategy, consumer centricity, data analysis, research excellence, cross-functional collaboration, performance measurement and optimization, and audience segmentation strategy.

Tiago Divino obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from PUC Minas in 2013. Tiago then completed a course in English as a Second Language (ESL) at Florida Keys Community College in 2008. In 2006-2007, they earned a degree in Advertising and Propaganda from Estácio. Tiago recently completed their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management at USP - Universidade de São Paulo, graduating in 2022. Additionally, they obtained the SAFe 4.5 Certified Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in January 2018.
