Nicole Ceranna

Nicole Ceranna has over 13 years of experience in the recruiting and talent management space. Nicole began their career in 2007 as a Talent Specialist at The Integer Group. In 2010, they joined Google as a Technical Recruiter and Technical Sourcer, and was later promoted to Technical Recruiter in their Mountain View office. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Crocs, Inc as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Manager of Global Talent Management. In 2014, Nicole joined Oracle | Datalogix as a Senior Recruiter and GTM, and was later promoted to Principal Talent Advisor - Sales, Product and Technical Recruiting. In 2020, they worked at Contentful as Lead, Sales and GTM Recruiting and at Oracle as Principal Talent Advisor and Sourcing Strategist. Currently, Nicole is a Principal Recruiter, Sales and GTM Recruiting at Ambient.ai.

Nicole Ceranna graduated from DePaul University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Marketing.
