Customer Success Manager, Strategic Accounts at Ambient.ai

Sabrina Sultan has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Sabrina started their career as an Account Manager/Recruiter at Vitae in 2006, where they acquired new clients and candidates, developed recruitment strategies, and advised clients on recruitment strategies. Sabrina then moved to Deloitte in 2010 as a Recruiter, where they designed and executed a marketing strategy to attract professionals in the accounting field, conducted assessments, interviewed candidates, and managed contract and salary negotiations.

In 2013, Sabrina joined Ingenico ePayments as a Project Manager of Learning & Development, where they led the creation and rollout of the Sales Academy program and systems management. Sabrina also introduced an induction program company-wide. Sabrina then transitioned to the role of Client Onboarding Manager at Ingenico ePayments in 2014, where they managed the onboarding process for new clients, drove upsells in the NorthAm region, and oversaw change management for existing customers.

From 2016 to 2017, Sabrina worked as a Customer Success Manager at HappyCo, where they planned, led, and executed implementations for new enterprise clients, worked closely with business development on new opportunities/upsells, and served as the primary point of contact post-sales. Sabrina also shared best practices in the performance management process with customers.

Sabrina joined Bynder in 2017 as a Customer Success Manager, where they contributed to helping marketers and creatives tell their brand stories from concept to completion using the Webdam platform. In 2019, they moved to MuleSoft as a Senior Success Manager, driving adoption, executive alignment, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving renewals and upsells. Subsequently, they were promoted to the role of Principal Customer Success Manager.

In 2022, Sabrina joined Pendo.io as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager, responsible for growing and expanding customer product adoption and revenue with a base of key customers through a high-touch engagement model. Sabrina navigates complex organizational structures, establishes and maintains close relationships that facilitate usage and success, and drives executive alignment.

Recently, in 2022, Sabrina Sultan joined Ambient.ai as a Customer Success Manager, Strategic Accounts, where they continue to leverage their skills and experiences to provide excellent customer service and drive success for key accounts.

Sabrina Sultan attended Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree. Sabrina'sstudies at the university focused on Human Resource Management, Law, and Economics.
