Jason Xu

Jason Xu has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Jason is currently working as a Principal RTL Engineer at Ambiq since May 2022. Previously, Jason worked at Alibaba Group as a Senior Staff Engineer from April 2020 to May 2022, where they played a key role in defining and integrating DDR sub-systems into SoC and optimizing the architecture for low latency. Before that, they served as a Principal Engineer at Renesas Electronics from October 2018 to April 2020, where they focused on defining CPU subsystem architecture for Renesas Advanced (RA) MCU platform. Jason also has experience at Intel Corporation, where they worked as an FPGA IP Design Engineer and a 5G Modem SoC design engineer. Additionally, they worked at Marvell Semiconductor as a Memory Sub-System Architect and Design Manager, contributing to the design and architecture of high-performance memory controllers. Prior to that, they started their career at Rohm Electronics as a Senior Design Engineer.

Jason Xu attended Fudan University from 1986 to 1990, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
