Jessica Campbell

Jessica Campbell has a diverse background in electrical engineering and validation roles. Jessica currently works at Ambiq as the Director of System Test Engineering, Software & Solutions, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Ambiq as a Staff Mixed-Signal IC Validation Engineer from November 2016 to January 2022.

Before joining Ambiq, Jessica gained experience at various companies. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Anaren Microwave as a Hardware Engineer/Embedded Developer for the Cellular Machines product line. In this role, they developed and maintained firmware for multiple products within the cellular monitoring system, implementing PIC18 and PIC24 firmware in C for devices that communicate with sensors.

Jessica also had a role at Cirrus Logic, where they served as a Senior Electrical Engineer in the Mixed-Signal Audio Validation team from 2012 to 2014. Jessica'sresponsibilities included implementing and administering a relational MySQL database for storing and retrieving test data, as well as developing web app tools for IC Validation engineers and technicians.

At Cirrus Logic, Jessica also managed a team as the Manager of the Mixed Signal Audio Validation Group from 2010 to 2011. In this role, they mentored engineers, assigned tasks, allocated resources, and coordinated with external vendors.

Before their time at Cirrus Logic, Jessica worked at Cypress Microsystems as a PSoC Development Tools Test Engineer from 2004 to 2006. Jessica'swork focused on testing and verification for the Programmable System-on-Chip (PSoC) mixed signal array microcontroller.

Overall, Jessica Campbell has a strong background in electrical engineering, with expertise in validation, firmware development, database administration, and team management.

Jessica Campbell attended Austin Community College from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Commercial Music Management. Following this, they enrolled at The University of Texas at Austin from 2000 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
