Marilena Vötter

Marilena Vötter is an accomplished engineering manager currently at AMBOSS since September 2021, with extensive experience leading technical teams across various organizations. Previously, Marilena served as team lead for data analytics at Honeypot.io, overseeing a team of five while optimizing workflows and implementing Scrum methodology. As IT partner people lead at Aroundhome, Marilena managed two Agile development teams and liaised closely with project stakeholders. Marilena's career at Mapp Digital included roles from senior web developer to manager of agile client web tech, where responsibilities ranged from project lifecycle management to quality assurance and team training. Marilena holds a Chief Digital Officer certification and has advanced degrees in telecommunication systems and applied sciences from Transilvania University Brașov, Romania.
