Karsjen Koop MBA possesses extensive experience in the healthcare sector, particularly within ambulance services. Currently serving as Manager of the Staf en Bedrijsbureau at Ambulance Oost since 1997, Karsjen leads staff members and oversees the achievement of organizational goals. Previous roles include integral management positions in various ambulance care departments and direct patient care as an ambulance nurse. Additionally, Karsjen held the position of Chairman of the VvE Het Pakhuis from 2009 to 2013, showcasing leadership skills beyond the healthcare environment.
