Håkon Ødegaard

Håkon Madsen Ødegaard has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Håkon Madsen started their career in 2012 as a Gas Station Attendant at Esso and later worked as a Sales Representative at XXL Sport & Villmark from 2015 to 2019. During their time at XXL, they gained knowledge of the sports retail business and excelled in sales competitions. From 2019 to 2020, Håkon worked as a Consultant Backoffice at Solvencia AS, where they gained knowledge within the financial industry and contributed to improving internal routines. Håkon Madsen then transitioned to the role of Recruitment Consultant at Bakken & Bæck in 2021 and Vipps in 2021. In 2022, Håkon served as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Unacast, where they helped companies make data-driven decisions. Håkon Madsen also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at TV 2 from 2022 to 2023. In 2023, they joined Strise as a Recruitment Consultant. Currently, Håkon holds the position of Recruitment Lead at Amby, a Norwegian recruitment and consultancy company with global ambitions.

Håkon Madsen Ødegaard obtained a Bachelor's degree in Creative Industries Management from BI Norwegian Business School between 2016 and 2019.
