Matthew Coker

Matthew Coker is an experienced professional in risk management and asset management, currently serving as the Chief Risk Officer and Head of Corporate Enterprise Risk Management at Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria since June 2019. Prior to this role, Matthew held various leadership positions, including Group Head of Asset Management at Consolidated Discounts Limited and Head of Credit at Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria. Matthew's extensive career spans over two decades in the banking and financial sectors, with previous roles at Access Bank PLC, First Bank of Nigeria Ltd, Trust Bank of Africa Limited, and Citibank Nigeria. Matthew's educational background includes advanced management training from INSEAD and Harvard Business School, as well as a degree from the University of Benin.
