Jitendra Sharma

Jitendra Sharma is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in solution architecture and technical program management. Currently serving as the Director, Solution Sales Architect Lead at Amdocs since March 2023, Jitendra has previously held the position of Senior Technical Program Manager at Microsoft from July 2022 to March 2023. With a long tenure at Ericsson, Jitendra progressed from Solutions Architect to Senior Solution Architect, focusing on OSS presales from November 2007 to July 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an OSS Solutions Architect at Reliance Communications and various software engineering roles at GlobalSoft Pvt Ltd, Infinite SoftComm Solutions Pvt. Ltd, and Compare Infobase Pvt. Ltd from 1999 to 2002. Jitendra holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
