Brooke Borer Ms

Brooke Borer MS, MPH is an experienced healthcare professional with a focus on operations and business development in hospice and nutrition services. Currently serving as the Area Vice President of Operations at Amedisys since June 2020, Brooke has also held relevant positions including Executive Director of Business Development at Asera Care Hospice and Area Director of Hospice Operations at AseraCare from July 2018 to July 2024. Additionally, involvement as a Board Member for the Dreamweaver Foundation from January 2018 to July 2024 highlights a commitment to community service. Earlier career roles include Director of Nutrition Services at AMBASSADOR HEALTHCARE, LLC and Registered Dietitian at Bryan LGH.
