Justine Petit-Debray is a French businesswoman who is currently the Process Operations Specialist at Amenitiz. Justine has also previously served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Oimo, an engineering firm, from February 2021 to January 2022. At Oimo, they were responsible for researching and analysing suppliers and production sites, as well as collaborating with the financial department to improve processes and prepare the company's business plan and cash flow. Justine was also involved in defining the company's strategy and key performance indicators (KPIs).
From November 2019 to August 2020, Petit-Debray served as an Awarded project & entrepreneur advisor at Netmentora Catalunya. In this role, they launched a startup that produced healthy and sustainable drinks made from food waste. Justine developed a minimum viable product (MVP) in two months to test the market during summer 2019, and then led the company's operations, including supply chain, production, and logistics. Justine also oversaw the financial and administrative department, supported the commercial and marketing areas, and launched a new brand with improved image and communication. For their work at Netmentora Catalunya, they were awarded by Barcelona Activa & Unltd Spain.
Petit-Debray has also served as the Head of Operations & Purchases at Refruiting from January 2018 to July 2018, and as a Co-Founder at ESOES from February 2019 to September 2020.
Justine Petit-Debray holds a Msc from X-HEC Entrepreneurs, a Master in Management from HEC Paris, and a Degree in Business Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. Justine also holds a Degree in Gastronomic Business from UADE. Justine is a bilingual school & high school graduate with a focus in letters from Liceo Franco-Argentino Jean Mermoz.
