Barb Loughran

Barb Loughran is an accomplished corporate governance leader with extensive experience in board roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Board Member and Nominating & Governance Chair at Amentum since September 2024, Barb also holds board positions at Armstrong World Industries and Jacobs, where leadership includes chairing the Audit Committees and participating in various governance committees. A retired Partner from PwC after a distinguished 33-year career, Barb brings deep regulatory expertise and a strong background in client service, strategic growth, and risk management. Education includes an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Accounting from Franklin & Marshall College. Additionally, Barb contributed to the United Way of Northern New Jersey as a board member and treasurer from 1998 to 2007.
