Michael Jurnovoy

Michael Jurnovoy, SHRM-SCP has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to human resources, HRIS, and HR operations. Michael is currently working as the Vice President of People Technology & Data at Amentum. Prior to this, they founded Delphi Advisory in 2023. From 2017 to 2021, Michael worked at Bright Horizons, where they held roles as Vice President of HRIS & HR Operations and Director of HRIS/HR Operations. Before that, they worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Workday Program Delivery Manager & Solution Architect from 2014 to 2017. Michael also has extensive experience at Idexx Laboratories, Inc. where they served as Manager of HR Systems & Services from 2006 to 2013. Michael started their career at State of Vermont as a Payroll Manager and also worked at Vermont Technical College, Bentley College, Yantra Corporation, and Fidelity Investments. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated expertise in HR technology, project management, payroll, and HR operations.

Michael Jurnovoy, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business, which they obtained from 1991 to 1993. Michael also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Alfred University, which they obtained from 1986 to 1990. In 1989, they completed a semester study abroad program at Richmond, The American International University in London. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in July 2015.
