Thomas Lecerf

Thomas Lecerf has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Thomas is currently the Director of Customer Experience at Amer Sports, overseeing customer experience for five AmerSports brands in the USA and Canada. Prior to this, Thomas worked at Salomon as a National Account Manager and Territory Manager, where they developed long-term business plans, drove sales objectives, and managed marketing strategies. Thomas also has experience at Amer Sports Corporation as a Sales Analyst and Project Manager, and as a Planner and Business Analyst. Additionally, Thomas has worked as an Entrepreneur at Norkapp, a Commercial Assistant at Accedis, and a Production and Accounting Assistant at TSL Snowshoes, LLC.

Thomas Lecerf completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Western Governors University from 2023 to 2025. Prior to that, they pursued English as a Second Language at Lorain County Community College from 2005 to 2006. Thomas obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Management from the University of Savoy from 2003 to 2005.
