Stan Kozakowski has extensive experience in medical education. Stan served as the Former Medical Education Director at the American Academy of Family Physicians, retiring in October 2017. After retiring, they continued to work as a Professional Coach, Medical Education Consultant, and Group Facilitator. Prior to their retirement, they held various roles at the American Academy of Family Physicians, including Director of the Medical Education Division, where they oversaw medical education initiatives and provided support to the AAFP Commission on Education. Stan has held leadership positions in various organizations, including Chair of the Council of Academic Family Medicine, Executive Committee member of the Preparing the Personal Physician for Practice (p4) Steering Committee, Past President of the Association of Family Medicine Residency Directors, and Past President of the Family Medicine Education Consortium.
