Jen Crichton

Jen (Peters) Crichton is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Managing Director of Communications at American Airlines, Crichton has also held the position of Managing Director at TrailRunner International and was the Interim Vice President of Communications at Steward Health Care. Additionally, Crichton has contributed as a judge for the PR Week Global Awards and previously worked as the Director of Brand Communications for PepsiCo. Crichton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Southwestern University and a Master of Arts in Media Communications from Webster University.
