Michael Aaron

Michael Aaron has extensive experience in management and community development, currently serving as Airport Operations Manager at American Airlines since June 2019. Additionally, Michael has been the President & Executive Director of Rickenbacker Woods Foundation since January 2014, where significant achievements include securing $12 million in funding for the "Kent Place Homes" development and transforming a historic mechanics garage into a community center. Previous roles include Case Facilitator & Group Treatment Counselor at Franklin County Community Based Correctional Facility from September 2013 to August 2018, and Information Technology Analyst at Ashland from February 2011 to November 2012. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Economics, and Public Policy from The Ohio State University, earned in 2010.
