Sandra Bonnici (she/her/hers)

Sandra Bonnici is an established professional in the fields of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as Senior Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant at Mass General Brigham since January 2021, Sandra is also the Founder of Sandra Bonnici Consulting and a Senior Fellow for Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, and Inclusion at the American Alliance of Museums. Previously, Sandra held the role of Associate Director of Education, Diversity, and Inclusion at Madison Children's Museum for nearly two decades, where responsibilities included developing strategic plans and fostering community partnerships aimed at enhancing inclusivity. Educationally, Sandra is a graduate of the Museum Leadership Institute with a focus on Museum Leadership and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from UW-Oshkosh.
