Judith Brown Clarke, Ph.D., OLY, serves as the Vice President of Equity & Inclusion and Chief Diversity Officer at Stony Brook University and Health Systems since February 2020, leading diversity initiatives and evaluating their effectiveness within the institution. Additionally, Judith holds various leadership positions, including Chair of the Board for Nation Fitness Foundation, Protege in the Millennium Leadership Initiative at the American Association of State Colleges and Universities, and Chair of the AAU Chief Diversity Officer Steering Committee. Judith has experience as Vice Chair of the Executive Board for the United States Anti-Doping Agency, focusing on strategic planning and operational compliance related to anti-doping efforts. Previous roles include Senior Fellow at Harvard Business School and Diversity Director for the Bio-Computational Evolution in Action Consortium at Michigan State University, where Judith integrated diversity strategies across multiple institutions. Judith's educational background includes a Doctorate in Public Policy and Administration from Western Michigan University and multiple degrees from Michigan State University.
