Marissa Tregoning is an experienced contracting officer currently serving at the American Battle Monuments Commission since January 2023. Previously, Marissa worked at the United States Department of Defense as a Section Chief and Unlimited Contracting Officer from August 2012 to January 2023. Marissa's early legal career includes internships at Legal Aid of Western Ohio, the Southern District of Ohio Federal Public Defender's Office, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Prior to entering legal and contracting fields, Marissa held positions as a Service & Support Administrator for the Clark County Board of Developmental Disabilities and as a Protective Services Representative at Advocacy and Protective Services, Inc. Marissa Tregoning holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Dayton School of Law and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science from The George Washington University.
