Paul Coussan

Paul Coussan is the Director of Government Relations at American Battlefield Trust. Paul has also worked as an account executive at Howard Consulting Group and as a press secretary for U.S. Congressman Charles Boustany.

Coussan has extensive experience in media relations and has organized press events both in Washington, D.C. and throughout Congressman Boustany's congressional district. Paul has also composed and distributed press materials under tight deadlines, including op-eds, press releases, e-newsletters, social media content, media advisories, and media statements.

In their current role at American Battlefield Trust, Coussan is responsible for developing and implementing the organization's government relations strategy. Paul also works to build relationships with key policymakers and advocates on behalf of the Trust.

Paul Coussan holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication and Political Communication from Louisiana State University.
