Mac Owens

Mac Owens has extensive experience in the investment management industry. Mac began their career in 2005 at the Louisiana State Employees Retirement System, where they served as an Investments Manager for six years. In 2011, Mac joined American Beacon Advisors, initially as a Portfolio Manager for Alternative Investments. Mac later advanced to the position of Director, Private Markets, which they currently hold.

Mac Owens completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from The University of Alabama, where they attended from 1998 to 2002. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued an MBA with a specialization in Finance at Louisiana State University from 2003 to 2005.
