Emily Reybitz is a strategic Human Resources leader with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President, People Strategy & Experience at the American Cancer Society, Emily focuses on data-driven talent insights and people-first policies. Prior roles include Vice President of Talent Experience & Insights and Director at Qurate Retail Group, where responsibilities spanned global workforce analytics and organizational effectiveness for multiple brands. Emily's career started at QVC, progressing through various HR leadership positions that involved supporting large teams and implementing talent development programs. Emily holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.A. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
