Strategic Director Of Customer Insights

Susan Duke currently serves as the Strategic Director of Customer Insights at the American Cancer Society, a position held since February 2018. Prior to this, Susan accumulated extensive experience in market research and brand strategy, having worked as a Senior Research Manager at Market In View from 2008 to 2018, and as a Brand Planner at BBDO Atlanta for a year in 2007 after serving as a Research Manager there from 2003 to 2007. Additional experience includes a role as a Marketing Analyst at Dunkin' Brands and involvement in audience research at WCVB-TV. Susan holds an MBA in Marketing from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, an MS in Communication from Boston University, and a BA from Tufts University.
