Sean Mitchell

Sean Mitchell has a strong background in talent acquisition and management. Sean currently serves as the Vice President and Head of Talent at American Century Investments. Prior to this, they held leadership positions at DailyPay, Inc., where they were the Vice President and Head of Global Talent, and at Tenable as the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition. Sean has also worked at SAIC, IBM, Acumen Solutions, Impact Innovations Group, and Hall Kinion, where they gained experience in talent acquisition support, recruiting management, and account executive roles. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a commitment to building strong teams and improving the candidate experience.

Sean Mitchell completed their Bachelor's degree in American History (United States) from the University of Maryland, where they studied from 1995 to 1998.
