Oleksiy Stolyarenko

Oleksiy Stolyarenko is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in intellectual property and information technology law. Currently serving as a Partner and Counsel at Baker McKenzie since April 2008, Oleksiy advises on complex IP matters, represents clients in litigation, and conducts anti-piracy campaigns. Additionally, Oleksiy holds leadership roles as Co-Chair of the Intellectual Property Rights Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine and as a Panelist at the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center. Prior experience includes a Senior Specialist position at the State Department of Intellectual Property of Ukraine, where Oleksiy developed policy papers and coordinated key IP stakeholders. Oleksiy holds an LL.M. focusing on Intellectual Property from LSU Law and a Specialist degree in Law from the National 'Jaroslav the Wise' Law Academy of Ukraine.
